One of our favorite restaurants. Delicious food (homemade potato chips that are not over fried, chicken salad with raisins and... not excessive mayo, fresh bread on the sandwiches, salads with berries, honey and nuts), friendly servers who quickly refillyour water glass and bring you warm rolls with bowls of herbed oil for dipping. The prices are reasonable. It is an attractiveambiance. They have nice touches too like strawberries, lemon slices and basil in the water pitchers. Read more

Fantastic experience - food, vegetarian options, service, price, decor - ticked all the boxes. We were a group of 4 and went in... on a Friday evening with prior reservation. We all ordered a drink each. They served us warm bread rolls with olive oil andhonestly I could eat that bread and oil all day everyday. We started off with bruschetta, which was very good but probably notthe best I’ve had. And honestly this was my least favorite dish of the evening, which by itself was actually prettydecent. We ordered a butternut squash ravioli, a linguine with mushrooms and garlic, the white fish special and a fettuccinepesto with grilled chicken. We were all super happy with the food. It was a good portion size and not over priced by chicagostandards. They generously served grated Parmesan and ground pepper onto our dishes. For dessert we had the the gluten-freeroyale chocolate, which has a dark chocolate mousse, hazelnut dacquoise and a macaron on top. It was pretty small but rich anddelicious and thus all of us shared one among us. Read more

I always passed by this place thinking it was way out of my price range and honestly for the quality the price is good. I had... the chicken marsala linguine and it was soo delicious I had to finish it all. The chicken was tender and juicy and I didn't needto add any salt to the pasta dish. Our waiter was great but the busser was amazing, he was everywhere staying busy andaccommodating all of us constantly. The ambience was very relaxed and it was quiet compared to many other italian restaurants. Read more
