I was a little surprised at the price for a slice of pizza. It was well worth it. Delicious - crust, just like I like it, plenty... of topping and the cheese(s) perfect. The leftover, microwaved great and I got to enjoy my pizza slice again. I recommend theirpizza and I will visit them again. The young man was courteous and the service was good. Read more
Sad that I have to do this because I love their pizza but the customer service at this location is a joke. I have ordered from... here 4x when having a party or guests and every SINGLE time they have messed up my order. First time it was almost an hour lateand missing food. Second time they lost my order. This most recent order I scheduled for 7pm at 530 the delivery guy called hewas in front. I told him you better be making me fresh food for 7pm. At 7 he came back with the same boxes and cold food. Notonce did they apologize, try to accommodate for the inconvenience- nothing. The people working at the restaurant are so rude andcareless. Read more
Pizza is pretty decent for the price. Haven't had anything else but the pizza has always been good since I can remember.
Overall a great place to get single slice of pizza. Took my gf here just cause we were craving pizza. We are sitting there have... a conversation and the employees were blasting music from their phone which seemed to be on the loudest level possible. 5/2022 5* Stopped in for Spaghetti. Picked up a slice to go also. Both were amazing! A bit of a wait, but it was worth it. ... I have never been in here before, but the pizza slices were enormous! And the pizza's, crazy big! 30" pizzas? Wow. That's abig pizza! Check out the picks. It was not the cheapest place in town, but the meals we had were great and we enjoyed them. I ordered a 14" pizza to be delivered to me to my home in the Jefferson Park area. I placed this order over the phone at... 5:54pm. The young lady who was taking phone orders, quoted me one hour, or perhaps less, depending on restaurant traffic. Icalled at 7:06pm, was put on hold for 8 minutes, and then I hung up, I then called back at 7:15pm and was put on hold foranother 4 minutes, after stating to the young unseasoned person who answered, that I did not want to be on hold again. I hungup and called again at 7:31pm, quickly explained my situation before being put on hold for another 7 minutes. I had managed tostate in the last two phone calls at the different time frames, that I would like a 20% discount. The young lady who put me onhold to inquire with her manager about this request, came back to the phone to tell that they would give me a $10 credit. Icalled back at 8:05pm to cancel my order as it had not yet come, two hours and 10 minutes after I had put through my phone order. I strongly recommend that one does not order from Bacci Jefferson Park. I had also stated that I was a new customer tryingout their pizza for the first time. Nothing mattered to the person answering the phone, or apparently to the manager she soughtfor clearance to give me a discount. Having grown up in a family business, I can confidently state that my experience earlierthis evening is just "bad business." I will continue to order my pizza for delivery from Lou Malnati's Chicago, in the PortagePark area.. Thank you for the time and attention you have given to this review. Read more
