Ordered delivery from here, got it about 15 min ago - First the bad - they didn't give the GrubHub driver my $4 soda. That's... the bad. The good - food was absolutely fantastic - got rib tips and 1/2 chicken w/fries and garlic bread - honestly didn'texpect much from an unknown place, but the tips are phenomenal, the 1/2 chx was excellent - fries were delivered in styrofoam sothat is what it is, nbd They didn't have the exact thing I ordered from their online menu but they called right away to work itout with me. A friend of mine told me that they had exceptional food here so we went right before I was to go to a concert although when we... came in we weren't greeted I did love the nostalgic designs advertisements on the walls the cakes on the counter look deliciousalso I tried a new food I can't quite say the name it it was grios chicken and rice pilaf it was okay I just didn't necessarilylike the taste the charm my chicken though was delicious I would have enjoyed that with a barbecue sauce which we ended upgetting on the side but yes it was okay I mean the customer service could have been a little bit better but I did like it. They have raised prices more than they already were. They were already pricey seeing as how u always have to pay extra for Fries... and a drink. They should really work on their specials. They?re food is not great especially for what it?s priced. Smh. Theirfood tastes like they need to change their oil and I cannot stress how overpriced they are! place definitely fell off after new ownership. called and asked to order the #3 with other items and was asked what the #3 was,... wth do you mean what is the #3??? as an employee you should know what a #3 was. and when asked to repeat the order they werecharging me gyro sandwiches with no fries or drink!!! why would I ask for a #3 if it wasn't coming with a fries or drink?absolutely ridiculous and insanely overpriced now. loved this place 10 years ago, will never be coming here again Read more
Don't bother. Just go to Mr. Biggs on 67/Cicero. Phoned in my order 2 days ago and found out (on my receipt & per the manager)... they charge for calling in your order. As you can see per the attached picture they charge a credit card convenience fee, a"service charge" for calling your order AND a "rounding adj" charge that even the manger couldn't explain what it was!!! So that3 nonsense charges on top of standard taxes. Hard pass, been coming here for 10yrs but never again. New ownership is destroyingthis place. Read more
The gyros are just as good as they are at any other fast food place. This place is ridiculously overpriced. I paid $28 for two... gyro sandwiches two fries and two drinks. I asked for the dinner and they got the order wrong because I didn't specifically sayplatter. Never coming back here. Read more
Two stars for two reason, I placed an order online and it charged me but said the order didn?t go through. It said to try again... in 30mins. But it still took my money. I call the restaurant to place the order and asked for 3 cheese burgers with everythingBUT mustard and pickles. They gave me 3 burgers with only mustard and pickles?. I called the restaurant to tell them and theysaid I can go pick up the burgers if I wanted to. I said no because I live far and I already made the first trip. I was alreadyhome when I noticed. Instead of saying they will give me credit or a discount for next time all she said was ?I?ll tell mymanager ? then She hung up. Food is good but pretty expensive and for it not to be what I wanted?
