The soft baked pretzel are very good they come in variety of flavors.
Awful customer service. I went in with the intentions of purchasing a pretzel dog combo. he woman informed me they had no... pretzel dog available. She suggested that I get the pretzel minis instead. As she's keying in my order the man comes and says hecan't make the accommodation. I'll need to get a pretzel or cinnamon bites. Two items I had no desire for. I asked how long itwould take for the pretzel dog and he stated 20 minutes. Needless to say he was adamant on not accommodating me. I walked awayand told him he'll never get my business again. The cashier tried to convince me a couple of times that I ordered at the wrong location through the app at first, then told me... that they didn't have any free pretzels (Auntie Day promotion). I pointed to the two pretzels that they had on display, and theysaid "those aren't free. $3.85". Worst decision coming here. Read more
