At the location in Water tower place. We just spent $21.40 on hotdog's and pretzels. I asked for a water. The employee said we... can't give waters out we only sell water bottles. Now I would understand this concept if I wasn't a paying customer just walkingin. Read more
Pretzels are no doubt so good. The iced mocha was mediocre though. Service was fast.
The service here was absolutely terrible. I couldn't even understand the cashier. None of the workers wanted to be there and it... showed! The place was very dirty too and was filled with people taking up all the seating area not even ordering food but justsitting there. I work in Water tower place for years now and l love this place.However me and my employees are always catching an attitude with... KAHWANDA & her Hispanic manager! They always provide extremely bad customer service that l forbid my employees to go there now!They are not honoring coupons & rewards we have( that we are always able to use on other locations and there as well),they areyelling at us and toss a food at our face at the check out.They did this multiple times and l will never ever go back there andnot letting anyone else go there either.They should be trained to provide at least basic customer service.Attitude needs to go!They need to replace them ASAP! Nice spot to stop for a snack break. The pretzels were pretty good and they came out very fast. The service was okay, what you... would usually expect for a fast food place. The cashier did give us a bogo coupon though, so that was a bonus. Read more
Earlier I bought a pretzel from here & I tried to eat it on the train but it was just atrocious. It tasted sour and bitter, with... a metallic aftertaste. Service was terrible. When I arrived they had a salted pretzel in a bag that someone had ordered and never picked up. Instead of... throwing the pretzel away they put it back in the warmer and when I ordered a roasted garlic and Parmesan pretzel they took thesalted pretzel and covered it in roasted garlic and Parmesan. $5.99 for a pretzel that was not fresh is ridiculous and outrightunacceptable.
