I've usually gotten breakfast here and some coffee. Today was the worst experience EVER. I ask if the latte machine is working... bc it a hit or miss. Cashier says yes. The manager is standing right next to her. I haven't been here in a while mind you andask for a latte. I get the response "you need to get a cup of ice and bring it here, this is not starbucks." RUDE! I'm a Swedishemployee and this is how you give customer service? Unacceptable! Will never come here again. Read more

The food is good and I love this place but they forgot 10 of the lunch boxes for a team meeting - put a downer in the energy. I... would suggest they pay closer attention to detail, I will still order food from here because the quality of the food is good butservice could use some work. Read more

Was staying at a nearby hotel and stopped here for breakfast, I didn?t realize beforehand that because they are in an office... building that they would have a limited menu/services. The employee there named Kim went out of her way to make sure my kids hada good breakfast (like beyond amazing customer service). It?s so rare to find employees so willing to go the extra mile forcustomers; she is special! Read more

I?ve eaten here a few times and the food was fine however service can be slow on occasion. The last time I visited here though... on 6/11/19 I ended up getting violently sick a few hours after eating their Thai Peanut Chicken salad for lunch. Was out forapproximately 4 days so I suspect something was tainted in one of the ingredients or there were some unsanitarypreparation/handling practices from their made to order station. Will never visit this place again to avoid an episode like thatin the future. Read more

I enjoy visiting Au Bon Pain for a quick lunch, but recently I feel like their salads are getting smaller & smaller. I also... have noticed recently that their soup selection is getting smaller. They usually have one or two empty spaces for a differentvariety of soup left empty. Read more

If you don't know coming into this place that its one of those "healthy eating" restaurants then you're in for a surprise like... me and my co-workers were. I ordered the black bean burger and was served a rather peculiar looking burger with a patty made outof beans smashed together. Blasphemy! It was surprisingly good however but expensive as all healthy food places are. For soupand a sandwich I spent around $15 so if you're made of money then go right ahead. Read more
