Great place to meet friends for lunch, the service was outstanding. The nice front counter person could not have been more... awesome. and the workers didn?t care if we pulled up a table or talked loudly. We order sandwiches. The food was really good. Bathrooms were also clean and fresh, making for a great experience. Read more
Small location. Not much for seating. All the Arby's favorites are here. Delicious eats. Curly fries are always fresh.... Smokehouse rib sandwich gets my stamp of approval. Wasn't busy. Staff is friendly. Got my food in about 5 mins, I was in andout. My meal was on point. Never had a bad experience at this location. My go to for Arby's. Don't ever close. Read more
Hi!! This is my second time ordering Arby's through Grubhub. My first experience was great!! This time disappointing! I ordered... a Chocolate Shake before 6 pm, which I didn't receive, and I ordered 2 small crinkle fries, and I only received one. My Momthought the Roast beef Sandwich was alright, she said she wouldn't order it again. I was disappointed in the service today, itwill be awhile before I order through Arby's and Grubhub again. First time eating from Arby's I seen the commercial since childhood which made me want their food so bad but once I got the... Ruben I was not impressed. BUT... It could of been I had to take it home to eat because there was no eating in the dining areaand I'm a person that hates half warm or cold food. But I could honestly tell you the cheese sticks are pathetic don't wastemoney on them not good quality at all. Went here two days ago and ordered some roast beef sandwiches and a beef n cheddar with curly fries. You really have to pick and... choose which Arby's location you go to. That'll determine the taste and quality of your food there. This location knows how tomake the true Arby's classics. Felt like I was back with my mom eating Arby's at the location that used to be southwest on 63rdStreet somewhere between Kedzie and Cicero (people don't remember that one though LOL). Anyway, the customer service was good (Ididn't even have to ask for Arby's sauce) and the person who took my order was very friendly. Will definitely be back. Read more
