I really like the curly fries from Arby's. My wife really likes the mozzarella sticks. But what I really love is the Corned Beef... Reuben it?s so tasty. It was mouth-watering when you eat it. I have always been a fan of Arby's! Although I don't eat there too often, it's great to know where to go for a different type of... fast food menu. They have a great menu and plenty to choose form. They provide generous portions and for economical rates. Verywell organized and accessible spot. Finally, this location has always had great customer service and a clean environment. Theservice is always fast, efficient and consistently on point. All workers have good attitudes and super personable andexplanatory. Always heard bad things about this location, but I love Arby?s food so I decided to give it a shot. Welp. Bad decision. The... woman taking my order had a horrible attitude, for their to only be 2 customers being serviced during the 10 minutes it took formy order to be completed. Then, she had the nerve to act like she was frustrated with me because she didn?t have any of the menuitems I inquired about. Finally, I simply asked her to add chocolate drizzle to my vanilla shake but she refused. And in herrefusal, she acted as if it was humanly impossible to add some chocolate sauce to an ice cream beverage. Whomever this rudewoman is that works at this location should either be retrained on customer service or replaced. There are way too many peoplelooking for jobs that are willing to do their job correctly. Read more

This place was absolutely terrible to me. Knowing they close at 5:30pm I walk up at 5:13pm and befor I could even place my order... the lady behind the counter tells me roast beef only. When my co-worker who walked up two minutes before me ordered and receiveda turkey sandwich? I guess she didn?t want to make any more food. I am very disappointed in this Arby's I came for lunch because I saw they had the new 6 piece Buffalo chicken wings. I stood in... the line for 3 minutes no seeing anyone, even when I said hello hello. Finally a young ladies goes to the fry station sayingnothing so I asked "are you the only one here"? she replies she will be open in a minute. Another 3 minutes goes by as a linedfilled and customers wondered whats going on left. Finally another young lady comes out the back and said hi may I help you, Isaid yes I have been standing here waiting for 6 minutes and her reply was yeah we are short staffed I said well can I at leastget a I am sorry for the wait? She goes on to say maam even if I could do that its not my fault we are suffering too being shortstaff. I said so no apology just oh well and she repeats the same thing then says may I help you? I told her no you can not andwent to Mcdonalds. So unprofessional and had no empathy at all, a simple I am sorry about you wait maam may I help you. Don't goto this arby's they are not right and can care less that you are a customer. Read more

Came up to the counter at 3:30pm on Friday 10/1 and said hello to the one person back by the cooking area. No one at the... register. As I got my wallet out, she looked up but went back to doing something else. I asked politely if there was someone totake my order. She mumbled something, then went back to doing what she was doing. I stood there another 30 seconds with herignoring me. I told her, "you've lost my business" and went to Taco Bell. Owner of this Arby's must be rich and not need mybusiness. Read more

RUN .......do not walk AWAY from this Arby's. WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER..........REPEATEDLY. I recently bought their new... fish sandwich here before boarding a train. The sandwich was stone cold.Clearly badly under cooked. Since I was already on mytrain, I tossed it. It was rock hard. Later that week I gave them a second chance. This time is as so badly overcooked it wasvoid of any taste and moisture. Again I was already on my train so no chance for a return. When I stopped by to talk to the manager the next day, there was NO apology, NO effort made to remake the sandwich. ALL THE MANAGER CARED ABOUT WAS THEDAY AND THE TIME of PURCHASE so they could identify the worker. NICE. Never will I eat here again. Read more
