I so came in wanting to give this place a 5* rating. The interior was beautiful, the server was great, and the bread was toasted... and delicious. However, the bread was the highlight of the meal. I ordered the Caesar Salad & The lasagna Bolognese. Theceaser salad was good, but it arrived after the main course, at which point it felt useless to have a salad. It was verytasty. The lasagna, sadly was just bad. It wasn't spoilt, but it was really just 6 sheets of pasta boiled, with some cheese andcanned Tomato sauce. It had a negligent amount of meat, I hardly tasted any meat. It was lacking proper seasoning. The texturewas plain and bland. It clearly wasn't baked or anything. The "meat bolognese" was watery tomato sauce with Almost no meat. Ihad to add a large amount of parm. just to make it edible. What was worse was that it took almost 30 minutes to arrive, whichwas too much considering there were only 2 other tables seated. Extremely underwhelming. I was charged 14$ instead of 9$listed for the salad. Apparently it was a Large salad. I did not ask for it to be large, it wasn't a big deal since the saladwas good, and I didn't have time to argue about it. I'd give it a 3/5 for service, 2/5 for food, 5/5 for ambience. Read more
