The burrata bruschetta is absolutely amazing, must have if you?re in to bruschetta. The salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly... and their mixes veggie medley and charred asparagus were an amazing accompaniment. Food was absolutely stellar. Read more
They didn't have enough staff to serve everyone they were seating, I saw only one waiter. Eventually, I had to get up from the... table I was seated at and leave because they didn't have time to come take my order. Recommend they reduce the number ofavailable tables they'll sit to match what they can serve, so that folks don't sit down expecting to be served in a reasonabletime frame. Read more
Shout out to Miss Emma who welcomed me and my daughter after an extensive day of travel. I was traveling alone with a toddler,... having flights delayed and unexpectedly staying the night in Chicago. While picking up food one of the staff, Emma, was warm andwelcoming. She gave my daughter some crayons and a menu to color while we waited for our food. The customer service at this establishment did not match the ambience nor the awesome tasting food. They have a sign posted... reading seating will take 30min, meanwhile there was 5 open tables. I asked a male waiter if they were seating guests. I wastold no and I asked him why, he told me the cook decides when they can start seating guests. So I commented saying even whileyou several available tables. So I continued to wait as they sat the next person in line as I was left waiting next. When itcame time for me to be seated they welcomed my party along with others. But then the couple that was seated after mine hadtheir order and food before my table. As I was waiting on my food another couple was annoyed with waiting in line and decidedto go to a table on their own and the waitress didn't bother to stop them. As I stated in the beginning the service didn't matchthe rest of my experience. The wings I ordered was very delicious and they had several sports on TV for entertainment. But Itruly believe customer service makes up 50 percent of any business experience if not more. So I wouldn't recommend this place. Read more
