I love it here honestly, I?m a regular. It?s calm enough to do my paperwork and read a book. This place is really well put together. Was there last week and the guy who ran it on Saturday was very efficient. It was only... him but he ran the place well. Think his name was Z. He made sure I was taken care of and shared a couple of conversations, ifthere was a way to put more stars on this review I would because he was running back and forth serving to customers and had nosupport. I had visited this place 3 times and liked the place. But yesterday when I visited a male servrer attended me hadnt seen him... before(previously it was only female servers). So this guy was extremely rude with us(me and my bf) visited during the closingtime 11pm and due to covid lounge closes at 12pm. But this male server made us sit in an extremely uncomfortable spot which wasextremely close to other customers and we asked him if we could sit on other spot fyi the lounge was almost 60% empty but he islike all the other tables are reserved. So we sat there then the people who were right next to us left and I asked him again ifwe could shift as there were other customers right beside us and did not want to take risk due to covid but then he was stupidenough to say that spot is also reserved when people sitting there just left beforw us. Like use some common sense man, I amyour customer. I was really dissappointed with this service and he should learn how to serve the customers they get. This was back in March 2021. I can?t really speak much on the hookah, food or drinks because our server never attended us. When... we walked in we immediately felt ignored because it took around 10 minutes for a host to even sit us down. It wasn?t even a busynight. There was maybe 3 other tables. After being seated for 20ish minutes without anyone taking our order we decided toleave. Service sucks here. We were a group of four, my wife included. We can rarely get a sitter so it felt like we reallywasted part of our night here. Hopefully they replace management or better train their workers because the place itself is in agood location.
