312 Fish Market is located on the second floor inside the market. We came 30 minutes before closing time and were able to sit by... the bar. Our chef, Fred, was so attentive and amazing at what he does. We ordered a tiger roll, unagi don, and Chirashi deluxe.Wow, I?m so impressed with the quality and service here. My fiancé doesn?t like sashimi and he said it doesn?t smell fishyhere. Their fish selections are fresh and taste great. Our chef even gave us a complimentary dish. I can?t wait to come back to321 Fish market. Read more

I am from the Bay Area, and sushi is amazing here. I was visiting some friends in Chicago and they told me to go with them to... try this place. Obviously I was hesitant because I was like there?s no way sushi elsewhere would be good, even the vegan sushiin sf is amazing. So I went there. And let me tell you I was impressed and shocked off my socks. The presentation was the bestpresentation I have ever had. I don?t like raw fish or sashimi and tried it here and was in love. I?m moving to Chicago soon andI think I would get a car just so I can come here every weekend. Not even lying. And they are in a market too so I can grab allmy favorite snacks and candy after:) Read more

The freshness is unbeatable; I?ve had $200 omakase in Chicago that I would argue isn?t as delicious. Be prepared for relatively... high prices, knowing that you?re paying for high quality sushi! Our server knew exactly what was best to recommend and weenjoyed every nigiri. The wasabi is fresh though I?m not a fan in general of the taste. My favorites were the fresh scalloppieces and o-toro! The location is within a supermarket, so don?t be fazed when you roll up to a large 88 Market front without312 Fish Market signage. This is best suited for smaller parties or single customers, as space is a bit limited. They takereservations in advance for dine-in, so worth a date! I would return again and again. Read more

I got the Phoenix Roll my first time going and it was really good. I love anything spicy tuna. There are a lot of menu options... to choose from which was nice. The staff was also very friendly. I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in Chicago. Read more

I?m so sad I just now discovered this place! It?s so so delicious. The staff is wonderful. The chef even gave us a couple of... free pieces of torched salmon and it was mouthwatering. I honestly don?t know what my favorite food item was. The price toquality ratio for this sushi is unbeatable! Can?t wait to go again Read more

We went there for my birthday almost a month ago and had the Omakase 101 course. It consisted of 10 different types of sushi... pieces. They were all amazing! But above all, our chef Joe, was incredible. He had an amazing knowledge of every piece he waspreparing for us and provided us with lots of information and description of the different pieces. When he knew it was mybirthday, he offered us 3 additional pieces on the house and a drink! He is very friendly and funny. We had a wonderfulexperience and it was one of the best sushi I?ve ever had! Going back again this weekend. The place is BYOB and is locatedinside 88 Marketplace with free parking. Read more
