Super underrated spot. Service and food are amazing. If you're gluten free it's a great place to get a quick meal. Arepas are... surprisingly filling and portions are generous. Their bagel and biscuit sandwiches are amazing too, as are their smoothies andcoffee drinks. The staff are super nice and give great service. If you've never had Venezuelan food for sure check this placeout Read more

First time today, so good! Wish I had gone sooner as I live close. Had my first arepa ever, tried the island pork and it was... extremely delicious. Showed up in the last hour they were open but that did not affect the quality of the food which I believeshows the overall quality. 10/10 recommend! Read more

there?s something about eating breakfast goodies out of an arepa that makes it better than anything. tasty and fresh. their... iced caribbean coffee special is also excellent. the whole place is a bit of a wait ? don?t come in if you?re in a hurry ? buttotally worth it. Read more

Just stopping by coffee with no expectation. I just move to Chicago living around this area and randomly got into this shop.... Great first impression there is a nice neighborhood like this. Good vibes, decorations, and also interesting menus. Will comeback to get some fresh breakfast soon! Read more

The simplest but best food I had on my trip to chicago. I'm literally still thinking about it ???? I had it one day and HAD to... get it again the next. I dragged my friend back up from the Southside of Chicago so I could eat here again ???????? I mean weneeded to get our luggage from the hotel nearby but that's beside the point. Don't deprive yourself of good food and EAT HERE Read more

Someone else said gluten free heaven, I 100% agree. The best breakfast sandwich I've ever had, including non gluten free... sandwiches. I tried the Santa Monica, but they have plenty of non breakfast sandwiches to try too. So glad we walked past andsaw the gluten free sign! Edit: went back and got the Island pork for lunch with goat cheese, bbq, carnitas and plantains.Amazing! Read more
