DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE A DAIRY ALLERGY!!! We love Wendy's, unfortunately this specific location ALWAYS gets our order wrong... and doesn't care about addressing the problem. THREE times in a row, our very obvious and clear request for a dairy-freesandwich's have not been completed. Each time we tell them about my dairy allergy and how severe it is. The first time, iassumed it was a mistake and they fixed it without issues. The second time, the manager was not nice about fixing the order. Thethird time marks us never ordering from them again, because clearly it isn't a mistake anymore!! They don't seem to care aboutallergies at all at this location. Read more

Worst fast food sandwich I think I?ve ever ate? I don?t normally complain and never publicly or ever socially but the employees... did nothing about it when my boyfriend and I complained. This sandwich is supposed to be the famous new ?Hot Honey ChickenSandwich,? clearly was nothing like it! I did ordered it with no cheese but my boyfriend?s had cheese that wasn?t even melted asadvertised, and the sandwich was cold. Very disappointed in this Wendy?s! The new renovation makes the dining room look so much better. Wendy's always gives you a Bang for your buck. Me and my teenage... daughter both ate for under $12. My family has a lot of special requests when it comes to ordering... This location always getsit right. Read more
