Excellent drinks and appetizers and very friendly service! The queso fundido was excellent, as were all of the salsas that were... brought out right away with chips. My partner enjoyed the molé but my Chile Colorado wasn?t right. It tasted fine but it was askirt steak with sauce-still yummy but not stewed, cubed meat. Rice and beans were good too. We had enough leftovers to takehome. Overall we enjoyed our meal and drinks and we will definitely be back! New favorite, friendly place in town! They have a wide variety of Mexican food. We went in for lunch and it was not perfect. The service was fantastic and the food... came put in a timely manner and was fresh and hot! Everything was properly seasoned and except the rice had a little too muchsalt for me husband's taste. The waitress did make a mistake, but she owned up to it and took care of us. My youngest askedfor Mac and Cheese that came with fries. He enjoyed it, even though it looked like KRAFT Mac and Cheese. We have tried oneother mexcian restaurant in town, and this place was definitely many steps above the previous location. I can not wait forthier second location to open up on the other side of town. We wanted to try a Mexican restaurant in Cheyenne and this one was close to our hotel. We were seated right away and had a... nice private booth in the corner. Our server was very helpful with the menu items. The servings were huge and delicious. The mushroom salsa was amazing! I would highly recommend Tres Amigos! Read more
