This review will be for the Cheyenne, Wyoming location. I am just not sure what to say about this place or the people that work... there. Okay, I do but Google doesn't allow books to be written as a review. I LOVE this place! The people have always beenfriendly and courteous. I've seen some of the reviews where people think they need to see flavors but honestly, I like nothaving a huge menu! If you have a certain taste in mind, simply ask the barista what they would recommend based off of whatyou're looking for. If you're one of them people that don't like a change, ask yourself why you're coming here in the place?Maybe it's because you're tired of the same old same old and want or need something new? This place is very much different fromsome of the other big chain beverage stores. I find it refreshing. Also, I am one that likes to change things up, so tryingsomething new is great. The employees here don't get stuck in a same old same old and can offer something off the top of theirheads. I love it! I find their pricing to be comparable to other locations for coffee based beverages. Did I mention they havea 32 oz iced beverage size?! Yep, for us that LOVE coffee, it is SO nice! I don't drink black coffee so I can't attest to thatbut, I can to just about any other drink offered here LOL. Including their tea. Besides being a coffee lover I am also a hugetea drinker! They probably have the best tea I've had at a chain beverage store! Even my husband, who is not a tea fan, LOVESthe Earl Gray he actually tried! I tell ya, try their teas! So awesome! Their app is so easy! Add a card, or not, get pointsand redeem them as they come up. It tells you the definition of the different types of drinks, if you're like I was when I wasyounger and just thought everything was plain, cappuccino or latte.... Just went here for the first time today. Staff was exceptional, answering any questions that I had and were very polite. Ordered... a 32oz and was completely blown away by the price! I ordered an Italian soda, one of my favorite types of drinks and it onlycost $5! I used to enjoy going to Starbucks whenever I had the money but this is definitely my new favorite!!! Big thanks toMakayla (sorry if it?s not spelled right) for being so nice and helpful! She was very patient with me while my phone was runningslow and told us about different benefits with the app, a happy hour next week and even how they resource their beans! I typically love the Human Bean but today attitude was terrible!! I ordered a Tuscan sunset-less sweet with two extra shots of... decaf expresso. Get to the window. The woman at window wants to confirm-two drinks one decaf. I said no-It?s just me and onlyneed one drink and repeat what I ordered. She called the I assume shift manager who takes orders to help with her correct on theregister. This woman states-?That is not what she ordered but We can void her order!? I CAN HEAR YOU & WTH!!! Can?t seem to get my orders right. I asked for drip coffee poured over iced and they straight refused (it?s an iced americano)... and everywhere else does it. So I had to do it myself with hot coffee in the car. It was filled with coffee grounds. Tried againtoday and they totally forgot cream. I?m not wasting my time or money. Also I was asked for a tip. Why would I tip when my icedamericano with cream was made incorrectly? Staff can be overly rude too. Read more

Wow!! This place has such huge potential. I love their cold brew with cold foam. It tastes the best in town and I tried them... all. So, why only 2 stars? The customer service and management are severely lacking. At first I just thought it was during thecold opening, however it had gotten worse since then. My first issue was with pricing. Every time I ordered my standard drink Iwould be charged a different amount. The only prices on the board are a range of price and not an exact price next to thedrinks. I asked several of the girls and the manager Michaela how I was being charged. None of the employees were able to tellme and said that the computer just tells them the price. I?ve also asked for a list of sugar-free flavors and I?ve been toldthey don?t have a list. When I asked Michaela about pricing she took my name and number and told me a manager would call me.This was over six weeks ago and no call. The second issue is the app. NONE of the barista?s seem trained on how to use it. Twicenow a Barista has gotten angry with me because she taps the rewards and then when I want to pay with my preloaded amount shesays she can?t get the app to do that. she is the same one that when you walk up to the counter she just stares at you. There isno hello, how are you? Or what can I make for you today? very rude. I finally said yesterday, ?Hello, do you just want me toorder now?? I get so excited to get my coffee and then I am greeted with this kind of customer service? Basic social skills seemto be lacking with the customer service here, as well as basic training techniques. Can someone from corporate come to help thisplace before it is nonexistent ? It makes me sad because as I said the coffee is yummy. Lastly, the grass is unkept and thespace that normally has a picnic table for people to enjoy their coffee at is nonexistent. Maybe I am biased since my amazing daughter is a barista, but I think Human Bean has the best coffee, prices, speed, and... baristas in town! I love the light hearted sense of humor that most of the baristas offer. Danica and Mickayla are building agreat team with amazing energy. Refreshing to have a change and yummy coffee! ?????????? For specialty coffee, it is not that unreasonably priced. They have some of the best coffee I have had in a long time and plenty... of options. The staff is usually beyond friendly and I always tip them just because they obviously go the extra mile to be niceto customers. Read more

Was so happy when i heard we were getting my favorite coffee. Unfortunately they dont carry alot to make all the drinks i... enjoy. And also havent been getting full cups of drinks either. But the staff is super nice. Read more
