Super slow service! Took 45 minutes to get our food. Employees arguing about product not be ready, seems like no one is trained... to do their job. One employee walked out to take a break (?) with restaurant full of customers. Horrible service! Read more

Management is terrible yelling at employees with a full lounge. Took 40 minutes to get our food. One employee quit and flipped... everyone off as he walked out. I've loved Taco John's since college 25 years ago, but there aren't any near me. The food was great. sad this would be a 5-star... review, BUT one of the employees- team leader? shift manager? -- kept yelling at the other employees, and complaining loudlyabout them and about your business. Good food except for the tacos. Like up classed taco bell. Most of everything I've had is good except the tacos.
I eat here often. The super potato ola's ate my favorite. Always hot and if you go in the have a cold bar with jalapenos, lemon,... pico de gallo, and several types of hot sauce. Also self serve fountain machine where you can drink as much as you want. I neverget tired of this place. Read more
