Says they have spinach and tomato wraps on signs, that do not. Menu changed, not for the better. No sweet onion dressing. ... Staff didn't care about any of it. Prices are too high. Could eat a steak for what they charge. Done with Subways. Read more

As much as I would hate to say it Kinda upset with this subway. don?t get me wrong the meatball sub was absolutely amazing but... the problem is that I got food poisoning, I know it was subway that made me sick because they were the only thing I ate today.Im miserable right now. Standing in line waiting for the only female worker to take my order. She had finished making the customers order in front of me... and well she was checking them out she did not take off her gloves. She handled their cash with the gloves on. This workerwalked over to me to take my order and did not take off her gloves to make my sandwiches. What kind of training are they doingthere. I was just there and very unhappy with the way I was treated. I don't normally shop there, but will never be back. I ordered a... Spicy Italian with pepperoni instead of salami. I do this at every Subway I visit, and nobody has EVER had a problem with it orrefused to ring up my sandwich as a Spicy. My boss when I worked at Subway even had us ring up substitutions this way as long aswe kept the amounts the same or the meat wasn't totally different. I made sure this wouldn't be an issue before I started mysandwich, but in the end they refused to ring it up the way I asked and charged me more money. I also asked for 3 cookies andinstead received one rather burnt one. I asked the lady at the register if she could fix it and explained that I felt that I wastreated unfairly and she said just a minute, but ignored me to wait on other customers. Came by just now to get a couple sandwiches, girl behind the counter just stared off into nowhere and had to ask if I could... order, girl huffed n puffed rolled her eyes at the fact she had to do her job.
