I would have rated 5 stars but Tyson yelling at Tyler about empty sauce bottles on the line was unnecessary and unprofessional.... It caught the 5 - 6 of us customers in line off guard. I get it. I used to work in the food industry as a manager and it isirritating to have an unstocked line, but yelling at your employees doesn't help get the job done any better. Tyler was great.He greeted us and made our subs right. I'm sorry that I didn't catch the blonde guy's name but he also made the experiencegreat. He complemented my boyfriend's samurai Darth Vader shirt, memorized my veggies and sauces while my sub toasted, andhelped break the tension after Tyson yelled at Tyler. This subway is the closest one to our house and we visit often. OnceTyson cooled, he seemed chill as he rang up our order. Empty sauce bottles can be corrected rather quickly. The lost morale anddamaged mood of your employees from getting straight yelled at might not be so easily remedied. Thank you guys for doing whatyou do. Just spent my entire 30 min lunch break sitting in the drive thru. I was the only person in line.

The only reason for 3 stars is because my kids like the food. Service in store and going through the drive-through is horrible.... We have sat for 10 minutes plus just waiting for a hello. When the food is finally delivered, there is no thank you for theorder. They just shove the bag at you and turn and walk off. Read more

My 16 year old son was an employee who was treated with more cruelty and disrespect than I have ever seen in any other store!... Plus I can't even get a formal letter of complaint to the owner of this store. I did not want to publicly comment but this isour only recourse. Please protect your minor children and do not let me work here as it is extremely dangerous to their mentalhealth! Wow just Wow you all don't even know how poorly he was treated. made a pickup order because the website says this location closes at 9 pm. we got there to pick it up at 5:45 pm. both the... lobby?s doors were locked and no employees were up front. had to go through the drive thru and ask for help because we saw ourorder sitting in the lobby. employee working the drive thru was very short and rude and gave no explanation as to why the lobbydoors were locked. Jala was great. Super hard working. Only worker that was there and there was about 10 people inside and 10 in the drive thru and... she was doing it all herself. Def deserves a raise Read more
