I ordered lunch for the office from this location. My order was chicken bacon ranch salad. When I got back to the office there... was no chicken or bacon on my salad. I reached out via email and received a response from manager Ashley on 7/21/2021 requestingmy address so she could make it right by sending coupons for my troubles. I emailed her again 7/29 letting her know I didn'treceive anything, no response. I emailed her again 8/30 and still no response. Poor customer service! Read more
Food is ok, but the workers attitudes are far from being what I consider customer friendly. Twice we have gone and twice the... same guy and his attitude is indicating he isn't wanting customers there. An other employee was there but she hid in the officeas this guy continued to get busy. Can only give 1 star can't give less. First one employee was working and you could tell that he was getting frustrated with the... elderly gentlemen with him rolling his eyes. When he got done and ask me what I wanted I told him and he looked at me and rolledhis eyes and make some unintelligent mumble under his mask and started to walk off sounding like he was cussing under his mask.The customer behind me said did you see him roll his eyes and say something under his breath. Good and fast cooking. You can choose several sandwich options, you can assemble your own by choosing a bun, its size and... filling. Very friendly staff. Good clean Subway in downtown Cheyenne. I don't know what it is about this city, but cleaning doesn't ever seem to be a... priority. So when I find a place as clean and well maintained as this I want to leave a positive note about that.
