I love this Subway they always make my sandwiches the way I want them and it's right down the street from my house they're... always friendly people and rarely out of anything bathrooms and dining room are always clean and they don't close early. Everytime I order from this subway and put extra anything they don't put it on at all?? They always mess up my order through the... drive through. You might as well go in to watch them make it they get lazy when you cant. Read more
Food was still good but I got it delivered and I was missing my guac and bacon, both cost extra, asked for less with the mayo... and mustard and well, that doesn't look like less to me. ???? This store messes up my order literally every time I visit. I just left the store and ordered a simple sandwich through the... drive through. The automated system wouldn't allow me to select mayo so I finished my order and called the store to tell them Ijust placed and order through the drive though. Whoever I spoke to was rude and hung up on me before I could even say what theissue was. After I get the sandwich and arrive home I noticed that a cookie that I ordered was headed up and all the chocolatehad melted and made a mess. I also opened up my sandwich and noticed they did not put any lettuce on it. I returned to the storeto get the issue resolved and when I told them they forgot the lettuce they blatantly denied it. When they opened up thesandwich and saw that there actually wasn't any, all they said was "Oh, there isn't". They did not apologize, offer to remakethe sandwich, or offer a refund. They just slapped some lettuce on the sandwich and sent me off. I will no long be a customer atthis location. Edit: my wife tried to get the $3.99 6? sub of the day and when she got to the window they asked for $6.89 andabsolutely insisted that, that is how much a 6? sub costs. ????? Read more

I have went to many different subways. And I usually get the same thing.. a Turkey Italiano with.. no pepperoni. That... particular sandwich has turkey, Salami and pepperoni.. but with me not choosing pepperoni. It ends up being double salami.. wellthe young lady behind the counter said that I don't get that. If I choose no pepperoni then it's just left off.. so my questionis when did this start because no other Subway I have went to ever said that at all if that was the case.. Read more
