My friend and I have coffee once a week or so. Starbucks on Dell Range was a favorite place to go. We like to visit while having... coffee, however, the staff loves their music LOUD. People in there alone (working on a computer or something) have earpods orearphones on. Even after asking for music to be turned down, it gets turned right back up. Frustrating. Read more
I love this location! It's close to home, fast service. Great customer service. Food and drink are always delicious. The cafe is... absolutely beautiful and such a welcoming atmosphere. It doesn't look it from the outside, but the inside is very spacious. Theonly issue I have is that the parking lot is VERY tight spaced. I am kind of weary parking during certain times of the day dueto the drive thru line getting as long as it does. Read more

Went to this Starbucks to get coffee. Ordered..when I got to window the girl handed me a fruit drink. I said I didn?t order... that. The girl at window says..yes you did. I said I ordered coffee. And I don?t want fruit drink. She said sorry you paid forit and no refund. The manager then runs up to window and says ..what do you want. I said a refund I didn?t order that drink.shegives the refund then begins to chastise me for being rude to window girl and starts yelling. I said I?m never coming back. Shekeeps yelling your not welcome here. I?ve been going here off and on for 3years. Mostly incompetent and now very rude. Stay awayfrom this Starbucks if you want peace of mind! Read more
I love the Starbucks employees here. My main complaint I have is when I order pick up and have multiple drinks, the sizes I... receive are always incorrect. I?ve tried calling the store to get proper compensation since I am not getting the desired size Iordered, but no one answers the phone. It?s discouraging, but sometimes I will take an extra 15 minutes and go to theYellowstone location instead. Read more
Stopped in today for a couple of coffees. The entire staff that was working was extremely friendly and polite. Both drinks... were delicious and just as we ordered them! Starbucks can sometimes be hit or miss, but this one was definitely a winner! Read more
