It can get really busy by the time but nothing crazy. The store itself is great, many things to choose from including hot food.... Restrooms were clean. And also have to mention the staff. Incredible! Honestly I haven?t been any pilot/flying J where the staffwas welcoming like here. They take their job seriously and they do an outstanding customer service. Read more
This truck stop used to be a good truck stop. I used to have a good experience every time I walked into this establishment. But... lately the store has been filthy dirty. The supplies at the fountain drinks like the lids and straws and cups are More oftenthan not empty. The hot dog roller is normally disgusting with greasy finger smudges all over the sneeze guard. As well ascaramelized fat from the hot dogs that hasn't been cleaned off for days on the rollers. The bathrooms literally smell likeurine. There's always a puddle of urine under the wall urinal. Which tells me that urine is being tracked all over the store. That's just gross. The staff there can't so much as clean the black hand marks off the entry doors. And the part that offends methe most is that two staff members behind the check stands have harass me about my cross on my neck which represents myChristianity multiple times. The first harassment that took place was from the lady with the pink hair telling me I shouldn'tblatantly display my religion. The other times were by her and a member of management. When I'm based in Cheyenne I fuel mytruck at that flying j up to four times per week. At over $300 per fill that's more than $1,200 a week that I spend at thatflying j. That compiled with my nearly $300 in store purchases can account for nearly $1,500 a week that they will be losingbecause I will never go back into that store again. If my company says I have to fill my truck there I will vehemently refuseand insist on going to Loves. Read more
Hello folks, I?ve been trucking for 25 years now. Gotta give a thumbs up for the crew at this Flying J. I?ve been in the area... hauling sand boxes for two weeks now and I gotta tell you guys about the great job they are doing especially on the cleaningside. It seems like every time I walked in the store it looks like they just finished cleaning it. This is truly amazing and Ireally appreciate it. Dave and his crew are doing a great job. Thank you for keeping us safe. Read more

This place doesn't believe in customer service or their employees either don't know what they are doing or are purposely ripping... people off. I asked for a simple chicken and potatoe wedge combo meal. He said they don't sell that, so I asked for as few ofeach I could purchase, he insisted that I buy five pieces of chicken and a whole bag of wedges, at least a dozen of them. Doesanyone know if that is really the policy there ? Read more
