Great atmosphere! I love that the heart of the owner is evident in every single aspect of Paris West. She genuinely cares about... serving the people of Cheyenne! She listens to every customer and has been tirelessly working to strengthen weak areas andcreate a menu that is diverse, unique and delicious. Her phone number is on the menu because she so wholeheartedly cares aboutmaking Paris West a place that the people of Cheyenne can call theirs! Her staff is incredible as well. She gives them the roomto use their creativity and bring a little piece of themselves and their personal history into new recipes, which she isconstantly trying and perfecting! Read more

I feel compelled to leave a review.\nI was previously warned to stay away from this place, but we decided we would try it and... give it our own review. I wish I would have listened.\nI ordered the regular grilled cheese. $14. I?m thinking this thing has tobe decent for the price. Wrong. Two hard mini biscuits and some shredded cheese, smaller than my hand. That was all that showedup. Eventually I got my side of French onion soup- I?m pretty positive it was canned soup with some added burnt onions, somecrunch garlic bread, and some cheese on the top that never even melted into the soup.\nMy husband got the Cowboy grilled cheese, which had way too much bbq sauce on it and came with an entire skillet of additional bbq sauce. His side was chips (the chipswere the only good thing out of this meal).\nHe also got some super bland, sloppy chili that came with a quarter of a hardcinnamon roll.\n\nI just have to post pictures because words can?t make you feel this experience enough.\n\n$64.66 later, wewon?t be returning.\nAt this rate, I would honestly be surprised if this place lasts another 3 months in business. Last time we were in we met one of the chefs. He\'s a true believer in healthy food which we appreciate. In fact his veggies... come from a local family-owned nursery. We were in last night and it took quite a long time for our food to be served. To befair, the restaurant was full and there were also a couple of private parties. Our waitress was very attentive. Brought us abowl of cashews to tide us over and then the chef made sure we got dessert at no charge. Apple strudel for dessert which wasdelicious. Not overly sweet which is fine with us. Tried the sangria which was delicious and definitely enough for two people. Read more

O.m.g. go here. The food is amazing. If you love French cuisine I can\'t recommend this place enough. The coffee was smooth, the... croissant was buttery and flakey. One of the best gems of Cheyenne. Definitely one of my new favorites. Read more
