Food was perfect. But they need help with more staff.
Food was good, and that is the only reason for 2 stars. Service was terrible. Waitress could not multitask. Did not get bread,... but everyone around us did. A manager delivered our food and quickly left. We didn't see our waitress until we were almostfinished. We had to stop her to ask for drink refills, even though she made sure everyone else got theirs. We waited at least 15minutes for our check and finally my husband stopped her and asked for it. We were on the verge of dropping cash on the tableand leaving. I get they were busy and short staffed, but we were completely ignored as she tended to other tables. Read more
The food was just okay, not as good as I expected. We've eaten at Outback many times in the past and this one did not hold up... well. However, it is saved from a 1 star rating by our fantastic waitress. She was exactly what I look for in a service person.She was polite, quick, didn't vanish but was around when we needed her. Great service. We stopped here on our road trip. The blooming onion and Aussie cheese fries are superb. The steaks were cooked... perfectly. I love the Alice Springs chicken and my daughter loves the Cobb salad. Plenty of parking. Awesome restaurant. Shoutout to Michael... He was an awesome server! Read more
I?d seen the reviews online about the undercooked steaks but honestly if this is the Victoria?s filet ?medium? I can?t imagine... what the rare is. The prime rib was excellent? in some parts. Other parts as you can see from the photos are not cooked? in factinedible. Prime rib was ?medium rare? honestly the staff is working very hard, the Sydney shrooms were perfectly cooked, betterthan I remember in Jacksonville, FL by miles. If the service weren?t so dang good I?d knock this review down the 3 stars. Assomeone who regularly gives 5 stars I?m disappointed that this chef is trying to make their customers sick with undercookedmeat. Thanks for the incredible service Taylor! It's Outback, you probably know what to expect. I was a little disappointed this trip. Service was slow even with empty tables... around us. We ordered our toddler's food immediately when we sat down and it took a long time to come out. Our wedge salads wereyellowing and tough. My partners steak was oddly and unevenly cooked, (See photo: supposed to be medium rare and it was RARE andWell ). I'm hoping this was a one time experience, we will try again at a later date. Food is delicious ???? For my taste is a little bit salty. For a calm lunch u need around 1.20h.
Personnel and service were good. They were understaffed for the crowd but did their best and had no major problems. Food is... decent. Fried foods are typical and what you expect. Steaks were cooked perfect to requested temp but everything else was justmiddle of the road. Seasoning on sides was either missing or overdone. Read more
