I'm not a fan of there pizza. I ordered 2xs. Once the pizza was never ever received. We lost track and thought hum pizza should... be here. Checked on it it said delivered. Called the store and it was delivered to wrong house. We were promised a free pizzanever got it that was 6 months ago. Tried again. Pizza was not very good at all. This pizza is ah-mazing! We were stuck in a hotel while our RV and truck were both in the shop getting tune-ups, which also just... unexpectedly happened to be during Frontier Days. Mr Jim's Pizza delivery was super quick and right to our hotel room (not thelobby). Don?t waste your money. The first time we dined in, it was great. We told everyone about our new favorite pizza place. The... pizza was amazing, the prices were fair, the service was great and the free bread with dine in order all made us want to comeback. Until we did. $60 for 3 small pizzas (that were very sad and disappointing) and 3 drinks. The service was horrible (howdare we need our order taken then the girl who brought the last of the order could not stay off her phone long enough to answera question) and they no longer do the bread with dine in orders - not sure why, an answer was just too much to muster. Theelderly gentleman (deliver driver maybe) was the only one that could spare any manners or a smile. I get it, times are toughbut man. You could have killed it with quality food and decent service and failed epically. You just lost a customer. We willnot come back. Read more
This review has been edited twice, removing a star each time. Call before you pick up. The pizza here is good, I like it because... it is on my way home, and sometimes after a 15 hour work day that starts at 4 am, it is nice to have food ready by the time I amhome. However, I say call before picking up orders, as twice in the last month I have had orders not started after waiting 30minutes before arriving. I give 3 stars, for the multitude of excuses I have been given for why I have to wait another 30minutes once I arrive and my order is not ready. A little forwardness from the management would go a long way for this business.Never got a response when asked to email Mike.ordered again two weeks later, sent a friend to pick it up, and same thing.Driving across town to godfathers pizza is much quicker. And a better pizza.. God fathers pizza has been excellent the last fewweeks, well worth the drive across town, and pizza is available on time! In general, they're amazing. I have Celiac disease (not as horribly reactive as some) and love their gluten free but every time... I've ordered delivery or pickup, they're slower than most places. In my opinion, worth the wait but then again their gluten freeis better than any other, so I can't speak generally. Thank y'all! But speed it up ?????????? Read more
Mr. JIMS!!! A great family oriented pizza spot. I love the open floor plan with the industrial look. At first look Mr. Jims was... clean with a friendly staff that was attntive. I ordered two medium pizzas two drinks and a brownie bite. The sauce wasdelicious, the pizza crust was done right, the the toppings were fresh and the when i got got close to being full the waitressbrought out a hot brownie bite.
