This location is impossible to get out of the parking lot during lunch rush. The double drive through blocks all of the parking... spaces and makes it impossible to back out. Read more
Was just here about 2:45pm. Had to call manager. Felt drive thru girl so rude. Did not have vanilla iced coffee. N was like a... sign would be nice that your out. N then thought we?ll maybe it?s just vanilla they are out of. Tried getting her attention an Ido apologize if it seemed rude. Will totally be accountable for that. However I got way more in return. Was told I should go toanother restaurant! Wow. Was saying hello? Hello? Over n over til she came back on so if that?s rude guess I was to but if itwas a contest. She wins! Our entire order was messed up. Wrong size fries and wrong soda flavor. Had to park and go in to resolve.
Got a happy meal and the pack of Pokémon cards was opened. The employees are clearly stealing. Whoever is the hiring manager... should be fired. The staff is horrible. Always gets my order wrong. The last few times coming through the drive thru on our way home something is missing or we wait some amount of time for some... complication to be fixed etc. I don't typically have these issues but I definitely have been let down the past couple visits.
