My husband and I just went to the drive thru to get a large frie, and had our little Jack Russell Terrier with us in the front... seat. It's Tuesday 11/7/22 9:25pm The lobby was open so we were happy that we could eat in and not in the vehicle BUT they would not... allow us to sit down to eat. The manager, or person in charge was very rude and inconsiderate. The fries were cold and extremelysalt, they were eating salt sticks! My cheeseburger was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. I absolutely love McRibs and myMcRib was cold. My friend had a double quarter pounder and it was cold and disgusting. Worst McDonald's in this God for sakentown! Read more
Ordered right behind my friend, took another ten minutes to get what I ordered. Cheeseburger was half opened because they... couldn?t decide if I wanted a pickle on it or not even after putting on the order no. They finally gave me the food after 3 ofthem sat at the screen talking, I then had to re ask for my drink cups since those weren?t given. Then getting back to workopening the bag and they missed the other fries that were part of the quarter pounder meal. Missing items, sass when asking fora cup they didn?t give us in the first place and an unreal wait while 3 of them just stood there talking. Avoid like the plague. Read more
Couldn't get the app to work, asked cashier a question about it and the only reply I got was "I don't know", with literally no... move to possibly find an answer. Dead faced, no expression, bloodshot eyes. Okay, someone seems stoned. So I cancel the apporder and go order on the kiosk. While waiting for the order I can clearly hear the sandwich maker talking about how gross thefood is, how gross people are for eating it, etc etc. I get complaining about your job, but can we try to keep theconversation at a volume that the customers can't hear it all the way out into the lobby? Went to this location with my husband and another truck driver and they it wasn?t even 9:30pm and they closed the lobby and the... restrooms. You could go in and order but the manager was very rude to us when we walked up to the window to ask if the lobby wasclosed because the door we went to was locked. She rude while we were inside. The cashier was very nice so I appreciated her. Weordered and Big Mac meal and 2 large fries and the fries were obviously not fresh. Thanks for the cold stale fries. Read more
We pulled up to the drive through and the lady I think that was the manager and from experience they are supposed to be nice... well she was mean when we pulled up to the windo she had a additued tapping her fingers when my mom gave her the card she rippedit out of her hands then when we where handled our ice cream cones it was dripping from the sides after that we asked for honeyand she was like we don't have any I asked about napcens and she walked off. After being socked I called and asked to speak tothe manager it sounded just like her i described everything to you her she said ok and hung up on me like people plez have sumrespect for people Read more
I would give them a four if they would fix the app so that it shows them opening at 5 AM instead of seven. When I come through... on my way to pick up in Wyoming between 0500/0600 I can?t use my app to get the deals and use my points. If they fix that Iwould give them a four out of five. My reasoning for that, is in the mornings they have great service but in the afternoons andevenings their service is very lacking. Usually do the wait times and food not being fresh at times. Not always an issue butwait time is. Even when they?re not busy you still wait what I feel is to long. Probably one out of 3 times I?ve also got toback in and get a food item or sauce they missed. On friendliness and attitude I give them a 5. They are always nice andcourteous. Especially the young man that works in the mornings that always gets my complaint about the app not showing that theyare open yet. He?s always understanding and courteous about it.
