I waited patiently for 10-15 minutes for the blonde woman behind the counter to see if they had any medium drink cups. She told... me they had only XXL in the back. The XL and XXL cost more than the mediums and I was not wishing to purchase a drink that big,so I asked if I could fill up the XL not all the way and have it charged as a medium or large. She was very sullen, rude,perfunctory and would not provide me with much of an answer or help to find a solution. She also had a very negative attitudeas she helped the guests next to me who could not find a lid that fit, telling them "Well it should fit." The situation wouldnot have been as frustrating had she been more pleasant and willing to try to help or communicate, particularly since I had beenso patient and understanding waiting for 15 minutes.
