Extremely disappointed in this location on SOUTH GREELEY HWY. Pizza is good but the closing at 8 pm is a deal breaker. I called... at 749 pm asking to place a pickup order and was told, ?we close in 20 minutes and all we have left is pepperoni ?. First off,if you close at 8 ?.then take your customers orders till that time! If not, then advise us that not all menu items areavailable past 730 and all orders must be placed by a certain time! Not ROCKET SCIENCE!!!. The customer comes FIRST !!! If youare open then you provide your patrons what they want?.not what is convenient for your staff !!!! There were at least 3 people behind the line. One was making all the pizza and taking the money with a great attitude. I don?t... know his name but my order was 6/21 at about 5:15. Thanks for the great job! Read more
Kid's run the place, with zombie manager I'm guessing. There all adorable but if you order online... PLEASE CALL! to verify they... understand and can handle the order you have paid for within a hour of ordering. The nicest way to put it is... they're justbuilt different at this location. Arrived at the location at 7:20, they close at 8. The menu boards were already turned off. Not sure if they were non functional... or just want to give the vibe that you?re not welcome to be there ordering. They had nothing ready, which is a little odd for aplace that offers hot and ready pizza. So I knew I had to wait and I was ok with it. I decided to get the pizza and sticks combothat is half pepperoni pizza and the other half cut like cheese sticks. Well the people acted like it was an inconvenience thatwe were there even though they were open for another 40 minutes. The whole cheese stick side was cut just like a pizza not likecheese sticks. When you look online to see how you can order it, it shows that it comes with marinara sauce. They did not giveme marinara sauce nor did they cut it correctly which is really annoying since that?s not what I asked for. The employees hereact like they could give a care less that you are spending money in their business. God forbid they have to do their jobs. The pizza is good sometime but then there's time when you get something more than a little off.
Pizza was not cooked. If i wanted take and bake. I'd have went to Papa Murphy s Update: You guys totally redeemed... yourselves Decided to give it another go. Because we love the thin crust. Order 3 pizza's, 2 of them cam way under cooked. We asked the manager to remake the entire order, since we don't want to have a... cold pizza and now we need to drive across town again. They told us to REHEAT the pizza and they would ONLY remake the two thatwere doughy. Read more
