Very disappointed in the Kentucky Fried chicken sandwich I had. It's suppose to be made fresh, but mine was far from that. It... wasn't crispy, hot or even that good. Too many pickles overpowered the taste of the sandwich. I guess maybe a different KFCmight be better. This one isn't that good. Read more
Not really a fan of chicken pot pie. But the pie from KFC was excellent. Crust on the top is flaky. Lots of chicken. Great... flavor for the gravy. As you can see by the picture.. I totally enjoyed it. Great lunch for $4.99 Read more
We went through the drive through and received our order. I was large and was packed all in the same bag. It was stacked very... high with the gravy on top. One turn leaving the parking lot and it all fell over. There was gravy everywhere! It was in the bagcovering all the containers and out of the bag which spilled all over the back seat. We drove back through to ask for morenapkins and a new gravy. The lady took the bag and re packed the order. She was very kind about the miss hap and made sure topack everything securely. She then gave us a free chocolate cake for the inconvenience. Very nice customer service! Read more
This business has absolutely gone straight into the ground. You try to go there when the website says they?re open and nope they... aren?t opening for a couple more hours due to whatever excuse it is for that day. You try to go there an hour or two before theyclose and nope the whole building is completely shut down and black. And you can?t just order dark meat so you HAVE to get whitemeat too even if you don?t eat white meat and they always forget something in my order.This place is absolutely pathetic and I?mnot trying anymore. You've lost my family and I as customers. Don?t come here unless you wanna be disappointed. Read more
Even though my pickup order was woefully incomplete, and I had to wait when I went back, the staff were actually very, very kind... in fixing my order. Granted I would not have had to go back if the order was complete in the first place, however, theirkindness when I returned makes up for it. The extra food was a surprise, and welcome but the kindness of the manager and theyoung lady with blue hair extensions is what I will remember more. Read more
I?m not the kind of person to leave reviews because I hate it but is having hair in the chicken a new thing. The past three... times I?ve been there I?ve found multiple hairs in the chicken it?s upsetting. I end up throwing the chicken away and once againI ordered today and hair in the chicken again. Not only did I get hair in the chicken my soda was so flat it was water. Honestlythe most upsetting time I?ve ordered from here. Very disappointing I probably won?t be going there for a long time. The chicken was extremely cold,old, & dried out. The skin,breading, & meat were shrunk around the bones of each piece. The... biscuits were cold,dried out, & hard. The employee who packed my family's order needs to be re-trained. It was a waste of mytime & almost $40.00. Don't waste your time & money. We never heard from this store's Manager, guess they just don't care. Well,I don't either,they did nothing to fix this terrible & horrible experience.
