If you want to have disappointing customer service AND mediocre sandwiches (that are usually wrong and/or make you sick), then... this Jimmy Johns is for you! I've been fighting with them for a couple years and I only ever order from them if I'm desperate.Nowadays, they typically disappoint me, and I'm officially done with them. If it's not a driver taking TWO HOURS to drive 10blocks to my house, then it's a sandwich that gives you food poisoning. If it isn't that, it's customer service that is servelylacking and unavailable. If it's not any of those, it's the fact that they don't even answer the phone during their open hours.I've been here for two decades and they used to have great management and food, but now, it's just terrible. Just go to the oneon McCann Ave. Edit: after looking through the other reviews, it's so disappointing that they have an automated systematicresponse to all of them saying the same thing. I'd give 5 stars like I always do except this time, the employee was RUDE. Ordered my sammich as usual, asked for extra Dijon... in the side. The side they gave me barely had anything in it. You could still see the bottom of the little cup. So I nicelyasked for a little more, I even offered to PAY FOR EXTRA DIJON. Not once but twice I offered to pay for extra. He literallytold me "You have PLENTY". ???? ???? Now HOW do YOU know how much Dijon I like? Do you KNOW I actually DIP my sammich IN Dijon?Do ya KNOW I DIP my fingers in the Dijon even I like it that much! WOW. How RUDE. I've visited JJ 6-8 times on the road thelast 2 weeks and no one ever told me I had plenty when I asked for extra. I will definitely NOT ever be coming back here tothis location. Trash. 4 employees inside and the doors are locked at 3:30pm. Watched them turn away several customers all wondering why they... would close so early. Read more
The gal that took my order had to ask me everything at least twice, then got things backwards. Had to give my card info twice &... then she said she had to have someone else take my order....makes me wonder who has my card information now. Cancelled my order& went elsewhere. Until employees get trained better, or they get a better "system" I would not recommend this specific store. Read more
Not only have my past 3 sandwiches been "manhandled" this time I was gypped 1.5 inches on my sandwich (Lil John). $8 for a 5... inch sad looking sandwich no way! I'm done ordering from the #1262 location. Read more
