Nice looking place. Fairly limited menu and fairly pricey. We had lunch salads. The salads were fine, but nothing special. ... My biggest complaint would be standing and waiting to be seating while the hostess/waitress was on what was obviously just asocial phone call right next to the hostess stand. When she finished the call she moved over a couple feet and proceeded tocount her money. All without even acknowledging that we were waiting. No other employee in the restaurant that I could see. I just walked out after 20 mins of waiting to be served. The lady serving in my area kept walking straight past my table to take... orders from people who were seated after me. I’m on my last night of a 3 week road trip and this is my only bad experience.Great job! Read more

Mediocre food and severely understaffed for a dinner service. Three servers on the floor for about 150 ppl space during dinner.... Each was not really taking care of sections, the woman server was ignoring some of her seatings (including mine and another thatgave up and left) or was just really disorganized and didn’t take note of seating times. She kept going back to the sametables. There needs to be a front of house hostess or manager to orchestrate the team. You can’t expect the servers to bedoing so many things at once and expect to give great service every time. If anything, your bottleneck should be the kitchen,not front of house where you have higher risk of losing customers. Get them seated, snacking. Land their order. If I wasn’tstuck at this location I’d woulda left after waiting 25min to get seated, 15 to put in my order. Very inefficient. I’ve beenwaiting 15 min for my check. Read more

This used to be a destination for stellar cusine and service. Not anymore, it is now an overpriced restaurant with lousy... service, more like five star prices and one star confused joint. I was treated to a birthday dinner at this place thinking itwould live up to it's reputation-wrong. We waited two hours to be told our dinner selections had not been started in factwasn't even turned in to be prepared. The server was obviously new and not well trained. If you want a good dinner and decentcusine head to Ft. Collins, nothing left in Cheyenne. Read more

My daughter and I went for the Easter Champagne Buffet & everything was incredible. It was pricey at $60 per person, but was... worth every penny in my opinion. Prime Rib, Lamb, Ham, Salmon, Shrimp, mussels and crab legs, omelet bar, various desserts.There were so many delicious options to choose from. I really enjoyed our Easter meal at Hathaway’s. 12/25/21 Edit: Christmas buffet is outstanding, not getting out cheap as each plate is $65, adult fare so kids or simple taste... folks lose out, still worth coming and their continued 5 star rate with me./// Dinner for wife's birthday was outstanding, fromservice to food to romantic atmosphere. Ordered a loaded fries with cheese, sour cream, bacon, chives, and pulled pork and shrimp Cocktail. When the order was replaced... about 30 minutes later, it was a third of the size of the original order, but was much...much better tasting. Sadly a very poorexperience. I would say we won't.
