Overrated, Overpriced, Overplayed! The burger itself is off a griddle not flame broiled, the frys were great, but I wouldn?t... drive past any other burger joint for them. The price of the subpar burger alone was $10,59, almost $2.00 more than the doublewhopper combo, because Burger King actually serves a combo meal. Sorry but this place is overhyped and way overpriced for asubpar burger and home frys. What a burger or Burger King is far better tasting and a much better deal! I don?t know who theypaid off for their write ups in magazines, but they missed the mark, Cheap Eats? At $45.57 to feed me and my wife, no thanks! Cheyenne location is definitely subpar to other franchises. Fries do not come out crisp more often than not. Usually get a... pretty big portion of fries but they seem to just fill the cup. Much better experience at any other five guys. Read more
Good hamburgers but nothing special. OK fries but don't understand why people are crazy about the fries... they're just plain... old fries. Super expensive. Costs $17 for ONE person to have ONE SMALL meal. Only way I eat there is when with others who wantit, never my choice. Read more
I normally love Five Guys but I have to give our most recent experience a negative review. We ordered dinner this past Saturday... June 18th through door dash. Ordered a cheeseburger, fry, and cheeseburger in a bowl. When our food arrived, the only thing inthe sealed bag was a cheeseburger in a bowl, and it was wrong. Missing the extra patty, grilled mushrooms, and onion. It wasalso cold and I didn?t eat it. My husbands food was left out completely. I get things happen but really not even one correctitem in our whole order. We?re pretty hesitant to order again. Read more
