Staff was awesome. Had to get a quick birthday cake. The staff described the flavors of each available cake and never made me... feel like I was an inconvenience. She added Happy Birthday on the cake for me and had me in and out in no time. Read more
Hours online say closes at 10pm. Open sign was lit up. Lights on, employees inside. Nobody else in line. Sat in the drive thru... waiting for our order to be taken but nobody ever got on to take our order. Consider updating your hours? Read more
Glad their lobby is finally open! Got a blizzard and it was good! Maybe one day they can move to a new location and have a Grill... and Chill DQ considering the area, especially the drive thru is a bit compact. Read more
Ordered a Peanut butter cup blizzard, and like always, essentially what I got was a milkshake.. due to the 20+ minute drive... through wait. Place is so packed, the cars get absurdly backed up into the traffic and it?s very dangerous to enter half thetime. A ?royal? shame this is the only DQ in Cheyenne. Edit: changed the 1 star to 2, because yes I realize this place isunderstaffed, but this is still very disappointing. Read more
It seems that every other business in town has figured out how to get customers flowing except DQ. There was a line almost 30... cars deep and we could visibly see employees doing absolutely nothing to alleviate the rush. I wouldn?t be surprised if thebusiness shuts down soon. Read more
Asked for extra topping in my cotton candy blizzard, but it taste like vanilla ice cream so I asked if I could have extra of the... pink topping (after waiting at the window for awhile since our location doesn't have the lobby open) when the worker finallyopened the window then gave me a dirty look. He took the blizzard, when he came back shoved it out said "Here." Then closed thewindow. Was very rude. I don't think it's asking much if I'm paying for extra on on a cotton candy blizzard that it actuallytastes like cotton candy.
