Thee most unprofessional staff in the Cheyenne Fast Food Market. Twice ?Nick? thinks watching football on his phone is more... important than serving the customers, was cursing and condescending co-workers and management, disrespected Latino staff. Filthylobby, floors, and attitude-my family will never return until professionalism returns. Absolutely disappointed. We will take ourbusiness elsewhere. Never treated that way at BK, McDs, or Wendi's. #A NEW LOW. Read more

I asked them to drench my burgers in mayonnaise and they only put a little bit more than normal!! I wanted mayonnaise oozing out... of the burger with every bite, but I guess that's too much to ask! I will not be going back! Read more
It would be nice if we could out 0 stars- this place used to have decent employees and good food- I went through drive through... with my 13 yr old son- when asked if they could help we order everything wrapped in lettuce- well apparently this is a problemfor the manager - Diana- I had to ask if she was there.. she responded short and nasty with ?I heard you? Now they are not atthis point going to make my food without me watching I go inside - with my son- we are hungry- and I walk I. To ask for managerto let manager know they have someone ride in window- to my surprise - that is manager- looking more like she just got donedoing a tune up on a car then preparing peoples food- What a joke this place has quickly become- THIS is what sets the examplesfor new employees? I love to give good reviews and tell people when they are doing a good job- This time it is not the case- Itried to report the incident as well- and no one from Carl?s Jr. seems to care at all how professionals are being treated inCheyenne Wy. They have signs that day if you download their app, you'll get a free sandwich. When you download the app and show the person at... the counter, they won't give you the free sandwich advertised. Their claim: "(they) don't know how it works." Also, the burger Idid get made me sick for the rest of the day. I would not come back here at all, even if they gave me a coupon for a freesandwich. I absolutely love Carl's junior food, but I avoid this carls junior at all costs. It's always an extremely long wait for food no... matter what time of day. Then many of the staff are extremely rude. When they're not directly rude they're indifferent, oftengetting orders wrong and then seemingly not showing a care in the world when you ask for the order to be corrected. There isone person in particular, a late teens/early twenties female with a nose piercing who all but rolls her eyes at every order, andthen scoffs and makes exasperated noises when she gets your order wrong and you come back for it to be corrected. I didn't eathere for months and then thought I'd try it again, and to my astonishment she was still employed there! The desperation thatshows in keeping someone there so openly hostile towards customers just amazes me. Read more
I don?t go to this Carl?s Jr. that often because every time I go I have a bad experience. The food looks gross and the service... is not great. Came to this Carl?s Jr. No line was not busy went in around 3pm. Got my order and when I got home and opened it mychicken sandwich was drenched in mayo chicken looked burnt, famous star did not look like a famous star and the western burgermeat looked like it was old (gray in color) barf! I called them and the guy said he would remake it but I don?t have time to goback and asked for a refund. Dude hung up on me! WTH kind of customer service was this? Imagine if I did have him remake it, heprobably would?ve done something to the food! If you don?t want a call back then make the food right. I can?t believe they givecustomers their food looking gross and uneditable! I threw it all away and will never go back to this Carl?s Jr. Rude workerswho don?t care about their customers and obviously don?t care in how the present the food. They should just shut this one downbecause from all the reviews it looks like it is heading in this direction. Terrible! Terrible !! Manager at 11 am today Thanksgiving Day and her employee up front were mean , nasty , rude to me all bc... they messed up on a Door Dash order !
