I totally understand low staffing and I would never knock a business for not being able to find alot of people to hire right... now. However, there is no excuse for those who are working to be taking their time with orders when there is an entire lobbywaiting. No hustle at all, plus they were just joking and having a conversation. Never once apologized to any customers for thewait and got an attitude the 2 times a customer brought up the behavior. There needs to be accountability. Why would there be nomanagement working on a weekend night? Smh Read more

6pm on a Thursday and they were out of the stuff for a cold brew (only reason we went) and cookie dough ice cream for one of... their layered sundaes Got the ?layered? sundae with cookies n milk ice cream but there was no ?layering? and had to get ajamocha shake which was more liquid than shake. I gave a one star only because I?m sitting here trying to go in there it?s 9:20 PM sign says open till 10pmInternet says open... till 10 PM guys in their sleep on the floor with the doors locked all the lights on. No other ice cream compares to Baskin-Robbins. Great service from staff to owner, plenty of flavors to choose from, good turn... over of flavors all year round, good location, easy to see, limited parking but always accommodates the large crowds. Can't bebeat for ice cream indulgences. Read more
How in the world do you guys manage to be out of almost everything everytime I come in? You do know you guys can order more than... one tub every week? If you guys are running out of something before you get restocked... order more of that flavor! I shouldhave to go in with a request list 5 flavors deep for me and anyone else I'm buying for.
