We entered the drive thru at this location in Cheyenne and asked for a minute to look the menu over. The person on the mic... moaned at us but we let that go. Then we asked if they had Jamocha shakes available, (because sometimes the machines are brokedown) he said ?if that?s what you want?. Couldn?t believe this guy! After he was rude 2 more times we said never mind and thenjust left the drive thru! TERRIBLE!!! Negative 5 stars. Read more
This place is not letting handicapped people come thru their drive so this is discriminating to them. Lobby was closed due to... remolding. So tried to get to food order thru drive thru in a motorized wheel chair.Was told when trying to order food that theycouldn?t take his order., because he wasn?t in a vehicle. On the evening of 15JUL2022, my family and I had just come from a drum corps competition. It had been raining most of the... evening, so the competition was delayed a bit, so much so that we didn't get to this location until really late. We didn't payattention to the time and we arrived about 6 minutes before they closed. We could have very easily been turned away, but theyhelped us out. They had to close the lobby, but we told them that we could take it to go. I mentioned to my wife that we wereprobably going to get food that was not the best quality because it was the end of the night. I was very glad to be wrong! Oursandwiches were hot and the meat was not old. The fries were piping hot out of the fryer! The lady who helped us (I couldn'tread her name tag) was so friendly. I wasn't really sure where to say this, but these guy's were awesome. I signed onto the service back in April of 2022, but I... didn't have a vehicle at all. I got dropped off at my hotel with nothing but a bike and I went to Arby's because it was theclosest I could get to having a dinner when riding around at the time. Although I was in pain and anxiety ridden from having toattend drill that day, they supplied me with extra napkins to clean off my bike for when I had to get it to the hotel room. Allin all, although it was Arby's, their staff was only the best and I hope the absolute best of outcomes for them. Thank you staffof Arby's! Read more
The manager on dutie tonight was a total jerk to his employees. The girl at the front counter was very sweet had very good... customer service..he yelled at her for the trashes she left for a moment while she helped us.. he's actual words were "what areyou doing?? Come on get the trashes out and get to work!" She was in the middle of taking our order!! I think that managerneeds to find a new job! Read more
