My kids first choice every-time they get to pick. Always very friendly and clean. Food comes out pretty quickly and always good.... Unless for some reason the white cheese dip it comes out cold every time. But still good. A great perk is there kids eat freeWednesday and half priced apps during happy hour. Will be back ???? We were there Friday night The server barely paid any attention to us. The food came out COLD, when I sent it back, the waitress... seemed annoyed. It took FOREVER to get our check. I asked for a to go box ... NEVER got it Said something to the hostess on theway out ... she said ... Well, we were busy, we had a bridal shower in the other room. I only know the gentleman who took my pick up order and the name on my receipt but Donny and Brandon... y?all are dream customer service employees and made this food pit stop from WA to NE one of the best food stops the entire trip.Thank you so much you went above and beyond! Everyone working night of 06/30/22 was beyond friendly and exceeded expectations!!Give them all a raise I?ve been on the road ten days and haven?t seen customer service like this in YEARS. I like the deals on food and love the mucho margaritas. But customer service can be improved. My visit during Veterans? Day 2021... wasn?t that pleasant. I ordered a margarita and at about half I noticed something on the glass. At first I thought it was saltor maybe sugar so I touched it and it was actually a chip of the glass and cut my finger a little bit. I told the server aboutit. It took long time before he got back to me and said he told the manager about it and it?s noted. He took my drink but didn?tdo anything. Oh my, the manager just noted it. Salmon, ???? broccoli and Real mashed potatoes ???? not watered-down mashed potatoes ????. Hey, I almost passed out, they have... sweet tea and it tasted Pretty Darn Good. Service was excellent, not crowded and the music was not blaring like someplaces. Tables Immediately cleared and sanitized ready for next hungry/thirsty customers. My only suggestion would be to haveinexpensive partitions between the tables. Some conversations by adjacent customers are too personal and colorful language issometimes a bit too much to enjoy a meal in comfort. I will request a different seating area in the future if available or comeback later. This my opinion based on my most recent experience. Read more
We went to dinner with friends and it turned into basically a midnight snack. ???? The server forgot to order our appetizers we... got those after our food which took almost 2 hours, came by and told us steaks had been dropped on the floor and were beingremade, half of our drinks had to be remade or were taken off our check. The steaks once we got them were great, one of theother burgers wasn't made correctly either we ended up taking home because of how long it took to even get food.
