Too many employees working behind the counter. One cashier and another for the walk-up window. Apparently, cashier did not pay... attention to specific orders. Had to wait 20 minutes for pastries that don't need to be warmed/heated. Read more
Rachel has to be one of the most unpleasant baristas. Of course I want you to hand me my hot food even if my drink isn?t ready... yet. I want my food while it?s hot. If I wanted it cold, I would have ordered it cold not ?warmed.? Thanks! I shouldn?t have tocome up to you and ask for it when I just saw you toss my food on the counter. ***Heads up**** Read a few of the 1 star reviews before you go. The vibe in there from the staff... particularly from 2 ladies... was super condescending... Almost judgemental. After reading a couple of the 1 star reviews?? I'm no longer surprised. I wasgoing to give a detailed review... But instead I just won't go back. I have never had a big problem with any of my drinks at this location. The staff are very polite and patient. One thing this ... location excels at is their covid safety polices. There is not a lot of people inside of the store, and they use the outsidewindow to help costumers get their drinks. I have seen them going to constantly wash their hands. Read more
