Servers were in training, so service was a little slow but was alright. Wine service was interesting; both serving staff and... manager seemed to lack a lot of basic wine knowledge. For a restaurant with a higher priced wine list that was surprising, andthough they were very willing to work with us, it was like we were teaching them about wine. The pizza was good, though some ofthem were not as flavorful as expected; however it may have been due to us being there towards the end of the night. Great and authentic Italian pizza spot. Honestly it is hard to find an authentic pizza restaurant in the US and this is the... closest I have ever been able to try. Dough is slightly on the chewy side but still cooked beautifully and not sure but ittastes like a wood oven pizza so that was GREAT. It is on the pricier side but not much you can ask for in DC. They also havethe tip already added to the check so you don?t have to ?add? tip. Overall highly recommended for Italian style pizzalovers. Service was also great everyone was nice and very friendly. I am European who visited Italy min 50 times before relocating to the US 6 years ago. This is hands down THE best Italian food... outside of Italy i ever had. I LOVE everything about this place. The authentic food, the outstanding delicious in store bakedbread, the home made Limoncello to the "Service included". The this my new favorite restaurant. Trust me, you have to try this. Read more

2 Amy's must be the best place to get wood oven pizza around DMV area. Year after year they've maintained the quality and taste... and consistency. Their pizzas are to die for, crust is amazing and I recommend getting the meatballs it's small and you canshare with one or two people. Order yourself draft Peroni beer and enjoy the best pizza in town! Read more
This was the first place I ate at in DC and also the first place i ate at with my partner. It has a special place in my heart... because of it. The pizza is always great and on point with kind and lovely service. I love that the owners have worked to getbetter pay for their employees as well. I recently went for my birthday and it was the first time since the pandemic, and it?snice to see the place has not faltered in any way. Read more
