Food itself is well priced and good. Portions are a bit smaller but we were full with a salad (think European portion sizes).... Service was friendly and atmosphere was relaxed. However, service was also incredibly slow. I'm not convinced that we would havebeen able to get out if we didn't walk to the bar ourselves to request the check after waiting around for 30 minutes afterfinishing the meal. I get it--every place in America has trouble hiring, but I'm providing an honest assessment if theexperience. Also, so many things weren't available that were on the menu. Tartufo is the lovliest place. My husband and I went a few times before the pandemic and now we?ve taken to doing carryout. ... It?s sometimes hard to find a place that does dinner and dessert well - Tartufo excels at both. My personal favorites are themeatball appetizer and the Tartufata? Buon appetito! Read more
