One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had because of Jennifer, the manager at this location. I made a Too... Good To Go order with a pickup of 930pm. When I arrived to pick it up, Jennifer flippantly told me "oh we don't have any foodleft." So a customer pays in advance for food, takes time at night to drive and pick it up on time (and 30 minutes beforeclosing), and is just told "we don't have any food left." I'm pretty sure that's not how business... any business... works. Ihave had Too Good To Go orders cancelled by the company in the past, but that is done far in advance of the pickup time. Why? Socustomers don't spend time driving to a location for no reason. Jennifer never said sorry, never offered a refund, nothing. Idon't even care about the money back at this point. [UPDATE 2021Oct] Still very glad to have this in the hood. However, the quality has diminished (one star removed). I found my... order incorrectly prepared. Ingredients are still fresh and there are a variety of choices to modify one's tacos. The chorrosare still spot-on and delicious before or after the meal. Consistently good quality and value regardless of location. Quickservice. Try swapping fish for the spicy shrimp taco. Read more

We had a great experience at District Taco! We were hungry for lunch and in the area and decided to stop by District Taco. We... were shocked to walk in and see few customers sitting down in the shop. We both ordered custom tacos: 3 chicken and 3 pork. Themeat was perfectly cooked, and the vegetables were fresh. This visit was a disaster. The main front door is locked, with no signs pointing to the side door. Ordering is terrible on the... self-serve terminals, with no help if you need it. Our order was wrong, with half the ingredients missing from two tacos. Whenwe went to get it fixed, the very surly supervisor forced us to produce our receipt, as if we were trying to steal from them.The salsa bars still haven't returned, so you get little unlabeled containers -- guess what flavor you're getting!
