Of all the Chik Fil A's I have been to, this one faired way better than all the other ones However the fact that it goes by that... name doesn't help this location. I ordered crispy chicken and palensian sauce. They rather gave me rather Crispy Chicken Deluxeyet I ordered just the regular spicy chicken sandwich. Am not very sure if it is the one called classic. U see, they didn't havemuch to change by taking away instead gave me what I didn't order-these evil people!! I ate it without returning it because eachtime am returning/refusing it, am bothering them so I have to keep going with the flow sometimes depending on how I feel. On myreceipt I had an option to do a survey and get another free sandwich. And so I did the survey but the issue came that the QRcode they sent me in an email couldn't be scanned to redeem the free sandwich they had offered to me. They still wasted myenergy and time without giving me reward as they were supposed to. What they do not know, is that-I want to close all theselocations personally before closing all the other Chik Fil A locations across US. There is absolutely no way, Chik Fil A willcontinue benefiting from using God to have business YET do evil! They literally always forget my sauces. I understand it?s not the biggest deal, but I?ve given them the benefit of the doubt a... few too many times. Not the same Chic-fil-a experience that you many receive elsewhere. Service is slow (even with online orders or catering... orders), management of operations appears to be in disarray, and workers appear to hate their job. Even though I had placed mycatering order many hours in advance, I was still waiting for more than 10 mins as they prepared it. I was expecting that itwould be prepared and ready for pickup at the time I allotted. Read more

This restaurant has been retrofitted for COVID, but needs to return to business as usual. There aren't even napkins for patrons... to pick up. Everything has to be asked for by attendants behind counters. You cannot eat in the dining room, only tables areprovided. I've ordered from door dash a few times, all times the order has been wrong, usually resulting in me getting less foodthan I ordered. Overall very frustrating experience. Read more
