Usually they do a great job when I buy one of their warm bowls, but ordered a custom bowl and they missed an ingredient that I... had to pay extra for (avocado) and didn?t mix in the dressing even though I asked for it. Might not get a custom bowl anymore. Read more

This is a great place to get fresh and healthy salads, either dine in or take out. Convenient location near a mall with a... parking lot. Pleasant interiors and atmosphere (not much decor or music that would invite people to stay longer, just pleasantenough to eat and leave). Well staffed at lunch time (can't take that for granted when many other restaurants areunderstaffed). The service is quick, professional and friendly. The prices are a bit high but fair for the quality and thegenerous portions. The biodegradable bowls and utensils are great. Very good experience overall ???? Read more

Ordered a salad for delivery and it came with absolutely ZERO dressing despite ordering 2 portions. Attempted to reach out to... the store and via the app and got no response. I will never be ordering from here again. Complete waste of money. Read more

Food here is great. It is the only reason I gave it 3 stars. Every time I go in the staff is extremely rude. I have walked up to... the register and just stood there while all of the staff basically ignore me. First time I brushed it off. Second time I triedto do the same. Third time today around 4:30 was the final straw. All set with eating in an establishment with staff who clearlydo not understand customer service. Read more

Thus was my 3rd times going to this location. Their customers service went from so so to worse. I cant blame the staffs because... the manager acted the same way. Anyway. The last time i was there, i got my order ready to paid. The cashier who just finishedwith other customer supposed to ring my order as well. But he/she keeps talking to the customer about perfume and make up whilei was standing there waiting yo paid. Eventually, they exchanged phone numbers and the cashier as the customer to meet up. Whenthey?re all done . The cashier just stands there like i wasn?t there at all. The guy at the other end was helping othercustomer, told him to ring my order, he stood there and just look at me. So i look at him/her too . Again, nothing happened. Atone point, one of the lady from the kitchen came out with a clipboard. I would think she was a supervisor or someone in chargedidn?t say or do anything. The other guy raised his voice a little louder and said, ring his order. Again he/she look at me,nothing happened, so the other guy finished the order and came over said to the cashier ?come on man ring his order ? andhe/she look at me again, and said to the guy ?I didn?t know it was his order ? no apology or nothing. He/she just said to me?insert your card?. This is my last time going to this location. The one in Dedham way better. I hope the owners read this anddo something about the staff. The staffs don?t seem to care about their customers. Read more
