The whole team is terrific! And the manager Carlo was especially helpful. I had a misadventure with a pound of coffee ordered... ahead, which, when I brought it home, tasted off, and I then saw the coffee 'best buy' date was expired. The store was greatabout sorting it out. Thanks all! Read more
After 10 minutes I set a timer on my phone waiting for my drink. There was 4 people on staff and they were not helping the guy... make drinks. He was doing all of the orders while the cashier starred off into space. When I finally got my drink it had been 16minutes of waitng. If I knew it'd be the long I wouldn't have went in. I ordered a Strawberry Açaí refresher extra Strawberries and no water and substitute heavy cream - when I got the drink home I... noticed there were no strawberries. I called the store and I said is this customary. The person answering the phone said no I?msorry the person making your drink must?ve forgotten the strawberries. Sorry. Well sorry doesn?t cut it when I paid for anexpensive drink and received ice with I don?t know what- horrible customer service. Read more
I was served spoiled milk! I realized this after I got home and had drank 1/4 of my drink. I won?t ever be back to this store!
Completely understaffed, very busy, long line, uncomfortable seating. This is the line at lunchtime (12 noon) on Thursday. 2-3... people working in the entire store. I saw people coming and leaving immediately because of the long line. Baristas seem rushedand are probably under a lot of stress. Also, the seating benches are hard wood with no padding - your butt has been warned.There are small pieces of trash on the floor. Table tops were also dirty. The bar area where the drinks are given to customershas coffee spills. Dirty cafe. Lastly, the air-conditioning can't keep up with all the people, so it's very warm in here in thesummer. Boxes with supplies and drinks are stacked inside, along the wall, which makes the place feel less welcoming and moreindustrial. Read more
