I asked for a stub Açaí Lem with green tea (so I can get through my double at the hospital) and didn?t get it. I also asked... for 2% milk and got whole milk. The manager is sitting there training people when she has customers and the other workers aredoing anything under the sin except assisting what looks like the new employee. A great stop off for your morning start, coffee and food are excellent and prepared with speed and accuracy! If your looking for... a great start to your day this is the place to go. No drive through but plenty of seating. I would suggest leaving a nice tipseeing as the bigger chains don't pay their employees very well! Read more

The barista gave my order to someone else and then try to give it to me when the other person had already touched my food. They... had an attitude when I requested a new order since mine have been touched by someone else. Just go to a different Starbucks ifyou want fast service and avoid negative attitude. Read more

Coffee is always good. Professional workers. Pricey-it?s a Starbucks. Not a full menu *$ as they don?t carry sandwiches, or... wraps &c. They have pastries and those egg things. A condition of their lease at the Shops at Putterham as I heard. I?m in favorof David v. Goliath, but I don?t think other stores offer breakfast sandwiches that *$ competes with. Maybe the addiction storehas sandwiches (convenience store: tobacco and lottery) They don?t carry sandwiches here, so I am happy they updated the mobilemenu to say, ?not available at this store,? as opposed to ~ ?unavailable.? This applies to all Starbucks: I can?t get a drycappuccino. What I end up getting is a dry latte. I was trained to make a regular cappuccino with the volume that remains afterthe espresso is half milk, half foam. Read more
They have been very inconsistent lately. I stopped by on my b-day to grab a cappuchino and that tasted like a sweetened TEA.... Starbucks is NOT the same anymore. Read more
Baristas have an attitude and they don?t know how to talk to customers I ordered 3 shots over ice in a Venti cup and asked for... them to fill the rest with cream (Since it is still not out for safety issue) The drink came 1/2 full I asked for more cream thebarista came put in a few drops and instead of asking if that?s good she started walking away.
