FYI when getting a frappe for takeout it requires a cover that covers the container. The frappe spilled all over the car floor.... Returned got another one. Asked why no closed covers and noticed they taped covers. Told and I quote they only do that for doordash. Good bye JP licks. Read more
Won a gift card and took my kids here for ice cream. They are very overpriced for grocery store quality ice cream. Two... two-scoops (one topping each) & two three-scoops (one with topping & one without) cost us $36! We all agreed it wasn't veryimpressive. The employees were not very friendly (didn't know their own menu) and they were out of alot of items. I wanted asoft serve for myself but they didn't have it. Won't be rushing back. Read more

I love this place but this is probably the 5th time now I get a thick shake and it's not filled to the top. It's one of the more... expensive items on the menu and they can't seem to ever give the customers their money's worth. I keep coming g back because Ilove their ice cream but at this rate I'm gonna have to slow my pace there and maybe find a new spot. 5 guys down the street hasshakes for $5~ and they ALWAYS fill to the brim.
