I used Happy Chicken to provide some brunch-y pastries, quiches, and coffee for my small, mid-week, afternoon wedding... pre-ceremony hangout yesterday morning. Oh. My. Gosh... THE QUICHES!!!! Incredible. Just the most delicious breakfast food I mayhave ever had. They were gobbled up. Happy Chicken is such an incredible value for the quality and amount of food you get. Thepastries were delicious. The coffee (and we had some coffee snobs in attendance) was perfect. There's not a doubt in my mindthat I will use Happy Chicken again. We ate here for the first time today we got the turkey BLT and my goodness that was the most delicious turkey I have ever eaten.... We got a cookie butter cheesecake slice oh my goodness it was amazing! This will definitely be a place we will frequent from nowon. Cannot wait to taste other entrees. Read more

Wow! Martha and Zach are the best. The food is superb. I love how they use local farmers. The cheese, beef, mushrooms, eggs and... more come from local sources. The mushroom soup and Italiam bread is the best I have EVER eaten. They did the cake and cupcakesfor our daughter's wedding. The cake not only was beautiful but delicious and moist. Just had a great sandwich! I went to order a cake for a party and the smell was just too tempting--ordered grilled ham and... cheese on pretzel bread. Oh yum! Love the cheese they used. Hubby got into other half and now it's all gone. Homemade chipspretty delicious, too. Can't wait to try the cake next week. Update! The cake truly was the best vanilla cake I ever ate. It wasso rich, yet not over-sweet. Everyone was saying the same thing--so full of flavor, but not sickening sweet. Trying to think ofwhen I can have excuse to order cake again..... Read more
