As a Local Businesses owner across the road I'd have to say this is the worst Burger King Branch I've ever been to. From outside... to inside . Pulled up for breakfast with no cars in line or at window and she immediately says " I'll be with you when I get toyou " not good morning welcome to Burger King one minute please or anything. So I figure with that attitude why should I waitbut better judgment waits. Approx 4 mins later she comes back and says " what do you want " . I said nothing besides for you tohave a better day. And I drove away and will never go back or say good things about that location. Shame to ruin my favoritebreakfast drive-thru over bad employees attitudes. Woman took order. Forgot what our order was at the window. Had her shirt on inside out. Think she was getting some boom boom... during the ordering. She seemed really distracted. Screwed up the entire order after being told 3 times in total. Only reason Igave 2 stars us, she forgot to make us pay for the order. Read more
The staff here are unprofessional. I should have recorded what I witnessed. I watched a team member of BK curse out and use... racist names to a customer that was sitting in his car in the parking lot eating his food because the doors were closed. I couldnot believe it! She wanted him out of the parking lot , while I sat in drive up for 15 minutes waiting to order. You would thinkthe employee would be inside helping. I see why its short staffed because there is obviously poor racist employees. She may haveeven been the manager. I could not believe it. It was very disturbing as I don't visit Chesterton often and I may neverrrr comeback! Read more
Workers calling customers names, using foul language and cussing at the customers. Being understaffed and having to wait a... little longer is understandable but when you start getting cussed at by employees and they spit in your food that's uncalled forand extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. I hope this location gets shut down for good. This is so unsafe and a healthhazard. Not to mention the outside looks so dirty. That's something you can usually look past with fast food but paired with theservice inside, Unacceptable! Such a terrible experience. Read more
Twice last week I pulled into Burger King and was told through the drive thru that there is only one person in the store and for... safety reasons they couldn't take my order. It always looks so deserted whenever I drive by. Mc Donald's is always jam packedacross the street. Is BK closing in this area soon? Why the staffing shortage? You can plainly see the money being lost there.Maybe a wage increase or incentive is needed. Well worth making some of the money the competition is taking in. I wasdisappointed. When I pulled up to order, I read a sign on the speaker that said they were incredibly short staffed(there was only one woman... working), apologizing for the extended wait times in advance. The ONLY employee who showed up for work today, made the bestsandwich I?ve ever had in my entire 25 years of life from any Burger King establishment. This woman was nice and made sure myorder was 100% correct. Beautifully put together original chicken sandwich with cheese and it was fast. This woman deserves araise. This is my local BK & the first time in over 20 years it was bad... We went there for dbl sausage croissanwichs 2/$5. Out of... sausage, never tried it but I thought ham was an ok choice, 2 thin slices (this is a dbl) with the egg & cheese croissant, Ithink they might have had it in a steamer, it was definitely hot, but very moist, the wrapper was a little wet. Took a bite out,then found a hair. Threw the rest out for the seagulls... Hash browns had a old oil taste.. seagulls got them too. (Spent $11+to feed the birds) As you can see it didn't look delicious at all & tasted worse than it looked. Like I said, it's my local & inover 20 yrs I haven't had a bad meal.
